Preparing images in Apple Photos

Apple Photos comes pre-installed on most new Apple computers.  As well, it can export many photos at once, which can save a lot of time.

Look for Photos in your Applications folder and open it.



Look for Photos, and click it to launch.



Go to File > Import... and select the images you want.



Once the new photos are visible click Import New.



Select the images by holding down the Command key, or Shift key, and clicking them.  Then go to File > Export Photos...



This will display a set of options like so:



Make sure the following settings are in place:
 
  • Photo Kind: JPEG
  • JPEG Quality: High
  • Color Profile: sRGB
  • Size: Custom
    • Max: Dimension
    • of: 3500 px

Click Export
