Order history

Your order history appears in the admin section > More options (upper right) > Commerce > Orders tab.  Here, you can view detailed information for each order, including the following:

Order number
A unique identifier provided to you and your buyer.

Status
The following status are possible:

Items added
If the buyer never completes the purchase, the order will remain in this status.

In progress
The buyer has completed the payment steps but the payment is still processing.  This status should last less than a minute per order.

Complete
You have received payment.

Notes
If the buyer has left you with special instructions (this option must be switched on in the Advanced tab) these will appear here.
 

Removing orders


Any incomplete orders will automatically be sent to the trash after 120 days.
