Order historyYour order history appears in the admin section > More options (upper right) > Commerce > Orders tab. Here, you can view detailed information for each order, including the following:
A unique identifier provided to you and your buyer.
The following status are possible:
If the buyer never completes the purchase, the order will remain in this status.
The buyer has completed the payment steps but the payment is still processing. This status should last less than a minute per order.
You have received payment.
If the buyer has left you with special instructions (this option must be switched on in the Advanced tab) these will appear here.
Any incomplete orders will automatically be sent to the trash after 120 days.
