Collections and exhibitions
The collections and exhibitions association types are similar. However, the exhibitions association type is designed for actual exhibitions, and the collections association type could be for anything, such as work on loan, in storage, or held by a collector.View across collections and exhibitions
View collections and exhibitions, in the admin section > More options > Inventory manager section.
Filtering
Use the Filter tab to filter collections and exhibitions based on the following associations:
- Locations
- Contacts
- Sales
What can you associate to a collection or exhibition?
For each collection or exhibition, you can associate multiple of the following:
- Locations
- Contacts
- Sales
- Artworks
Add artwork to collections and exhibitions
Associate artwork to collections and exhibitions by first starring the artwork [link] and then clicking on Associate...
