Sales

Use the sales association type to record expressed interest and completed transactions.  This can help you see which sales are open, closed, and past due.

View across sales
View sales, in the admin section > More options > Inventory manager > Sales section.



Filtering
The list of sales records can only be filtered by contact associations.  For example, see all sales associated with a particular contact. 

What can you associate to a sale?
For each sale, you can associate multiple of the following:

• Artworks
• Contacts

Click-through to see relationships
As well, per sale, you can click through to see the related artworks, collections and exhibitions.
