Grouping work

Group work from various image galleries to create documents, and associate collections, exhibitions, locations, contacts and more. 

Use the star column

Begin by starring artwork from the search results page, or the image gallery grid view, or when viewing a collection.




Group work from search results
Search for the work in the admin section > More options > Inventory manager > Search tab, and then star the images.


Group gallery images
In image galleries, first switch the view to a grid, and then star the images.




Export or associate the group
After starring artwork, click on Export... or Associate... to perform an action with the starred work.
