Export preferences

Each document type allows certain preferences.



Header
This information appears at the top of every document page.

Footer
This information appears at the bottom of every document page.

Image fields
Select which information you want to display for the images.  For example, if you check Image fields, and then check only Title and Medium, the Year will not be displayed.  If you leave Image fields unchecked, all image fields with data will appear in the document.

Advanced
The advanced options let you set the certain look and feel options, such as the font style.
 

Document specific fields

Consigned to and Consigned from
Only available for consignment sheets




Sold to, Sold from and Financials
Only available for invoices. 



Text above and Text below
Use these fields to enter custom text that will appear above and below your consigment sheets and invoices.
