Hide / show pages

Set a page to Viewable to All, Private, or Hidden like so:
 
  • Click on the page name on the left side
  • Click the edit icon
  • Change the visibility dropdown


 

Visibility types


Viewable to all
(green dot)
All visitors can see this page.

Private
(yellow dot)
Only yourself, and private users (with a username and password you have created) can see this.

Hidden
(red dot)
Only you can see it in the admin section.
 
Can I make a page hidden from the navigation, but directly accessible with a link I send?
Yes.
