Advanced search
Advanced searching allows for complex image gallery searches. For example, perhaps you want to search all images that are not marked as sold, and less than a certain price.Begin advanced search in the More options > Inventory manager > Search section.
Artwork fields
Title
Your advanced search will always include a title field. However, you can leave this empty if you wish to add other fields.
Add fields
Select a field from the drop down and click on the Add button. For example, to search for all pieces less than 5,000 dollars do the following:
- Select Price from the drop down
- Click the Add button
- Change the Price criteria drop down to Less than, and enter 5000
- Click Search
Can I search on custom fields?
Yes! You can add custom fields in the image galleries.
